  • “Amada” is Spanish for “loved”. I believe that every woman should feel supported and loved throughout her pregnancy and birth, and that every woman can love her birth experience!

  • A birth doula provides non-medical support for a mother throughout her pregnancy and birth. Doulas provide support physically, emotionally, educationally and through advocacy. Click here to see the specific services I provide.

  • The sooner you hire a doula, the better! It is never too early, and never too late. You can even book a doula well into your third trimester- if she has availability! Click here to schedule a free consultation.

  • No! A doula can support you at home, in a hospital, or in a birth center. Every mother should have access to doula support, no matter where she decides to give birth.

  • I currently accept New Mexico Medicaid and am working towards accepting Tricare by summer 2025.

  • I provide services within a 2-hour radius of Portales, NM.
